What are the limitations of Jira users without Ketryx accounts? Do I need a Ketryx account?

Jira users without Ketryx accounts are not able to approve items. Additionally, they will not have access to the Ketryx platform to view things like global traceability, risk management, test management, release progress and release documentation.

If these Jira users are taking actions on items in a Ketryx-connected project, and therefore appearing in the audit log, they are considered "Connected Users". Otherwise, if they are just users in your Jira instance but do not take action on any items being tracked in Ketryx (for example, they work in a project that is not connected to Ketryx), they are not considered Ketryx users.
