I See 1/1 approvals on a ticket. However, Jira still says that I need the owner to sign.

By default we require that the owner of the ticket approve the item along with the given approval group members, but there are a few different ways that this can be configured in Ketryx.

You can change the approval rules in a given project by navigating to the 'Settings' tab on the left and clicking into the 'Approval Rules' tab. You'll see the different approval groups associated with each configuration item as well as some check boxes at the top that can further help you configure your approval rules. Here you can choose to have separate owner approval on a ticket if you don't want the owners signature to count for one of the approval groups when approving the items. You can have separate group approvals, meaning that someone that is a member in both the R&D leads and Quality Manager groups cannot sign off for both groups. You can enforce an order in which to approve an item, and you can make it so that the owner must be the first person to approve that item.

Additionally, you can remove the need to have owner approval on an item in the advanced settings under "Approval rules" by adding "requiresOwnerApproval": false to the json for the type of item you want. You can make this true for all items by replacing type:RQ with a *.
