You may have accidentally excluded an item from Ketryx and need to bring it back into the Ketryx framework. By default, excluded items will not appear in project menus or documentation. Excluded items can only be found if you filter for "excluded items" in the All Items screen.
Once you have selected your excluded items for inclusion, you can trigger an inclusion workflow and approval using the "include item" button in the bottom right.
