Yes there is a record history available for every configuration item in Ketryx. If a change is made to an item, whether that item has been edited, transitioned to a new state, or excluded from a version, the configuration item record will update the document record history. To see these changes, navigate into the configuration item in Ketryx and it will be on the right hand side of the screen. If it does not appear automatically the click the 'History' button on the top right of the screen.

Here is where you can see the entire change log of the record including the revision number, state of the item, who made the change, and when the item was changed. You're also able to view what data has changed inside the configuration item by clicking the yellow 'diff' icon in the top left of the record history. Any added data will be highlighted in green, while any removed data will be highlighted and crossed out in red.

The below image shows the 'Context' field begin changed from 'Clinical' to 'Safety'
