To set up your Multi-Factor Authentication, in the bottom left corner of the screen, click on your name, then select "Configure security," which will bring you to the User security settings. This brings you to this link: https://app.ketryx.com/security

Setting up MFA

From there, you can set up a security key, Touch ID, Face ID, or authenticator app.

Security Keys

  • Recommended for ease of use. Being able to use the fingerprint scanner on your computer or face scanner through your camera to verify identity makes the MFA approval process much faster.
  • Click on “Add security key” and follow the prompts.

Authenticator App

  • Great option if you already use one. While Google Authenticator or Authy is named, most internal authentication applications work.
  • If you click “Activate authenticator app” it will prompt you to scan a QR code from your phone and enter the active token.
