To add a new user to Ketryx, there are two main approaches:
1. Inviting users:
As an organization member with the "Invite members" permission, you can directly invite new users to your Ketryx organization. Here's how:
- Go to the "Organization" section
Newly invited members will typically have read-only access by default. Organization owners can adjust permissions as needed.
2. Self-signup:
If a user tries to log in with an email address not yet in the system, they will be prompted to sign up. The process involves:
- Filling out a sign-up form with required information (full name, organization)
It's important to note that Ketryx staff do not typically add users or manage group memberships. Your organization's owners should handle this with appropriate privileges.
After a new user is added, organization owners can further manage their permissions and group memberships as needed.
