When the Ketryx app is installed from Atlassian Marketplace, Ketryx will download ~90 custom fields to your Jira instance. These fields will be in the “background” (i.e. they won’t be used on any screens unless the Ketryx schemes are used).

Ketryx configurations and schemes (ex. Ketryx Risk screen, Ketryx standard workflow, Ketryx issue type scheme, Ketryx issue types) will not be pushed to a project at the time the Connector App is installed. Configurations and schemes will be applied to projects based on configurations chosen when connecting Company-managed Jira projects to Ketryx.
