The Problem Report provides a comprehensive overview of anomalies (problems, bugs, defects) associated with a particular software version. It typically includes both new unresolved anomalies and resolved anomalies relevant to the release.

The Anomaly report, often referred to as the "Unresolved Anomalies" document, is a focused list of all anomalies that remain unresolved (i.e., deferred) at the time of document generation. By default, this document provides a detailed justification for each unresolved anomaly, including its potential impact on safety, effectiveness, operator usage, workarounds, and plans for future correction.
