When adding custom item fields into Ketryx, the types of field options available in the custom item fields configuration in advanced settings are: 

• RICH_TEXT: Rich text fields for formatted content.
• SHORT_TEXT: Short text fields for plain text input.
• SELECT: Single select fields with predefined options.
• MULTI_SELECT: Multi-select fields allowing multiple options.
• DATE: Date picker fields.
• DATETIME: Date and time picker fields.

These options are meant to correspond with the field type of the field in Jira. For field type paragraph and number, in Ketryx, these should be entered as RICH_TEXT and SHORT_TEXT, respectively.
