If you are trying to call an additional traceability matrix in a document template, and it is not showing up, it is likely that your additional traceability matrix does not exist in the Requirements Traceability Matrix advanced setting. This setting is located under Document Configuration in advanced settings. In order to template additional traceability matrices, they need to be located in the Requirements Traceability Matrix even if it is already configured in the Additional Traceability Configurations setting.
