The first thing to consider is if you have made changes to the advanced settings at the organization or project level. Updating organization-level advanced settings after projects are already connected to Jira will require a full sync of the projects for the changes to fully take effect. This does not happen automatically upon saving organization-level settings but does happen when advanced settings at the project level are saved. Therefore, if you make a change at the organization level, go to project advanced settings and select "Save changes."
