Yes, you may access the record of a deleted document from the Approval history page (Verification & Validation > History or Organization > History). The approval of the deletion of a document will be tracked in this table, and each record will include information such as the deletion approver, the time and date of the action and a link to the record of the item at the time of deletion. You may also export the Approval history table as a .csv or .xlsx file and search the logs for the specific document there. Each entry will include the same relevant information, including a link to the record of the deleted item.
